Jeff has been on staff at Emmanuel Church since 2005, serving as an Associate pastor before becoming the Lead Pastor in 2014. His role at Emmanuel centres around leadership, teaching, and shepherding. Growing up in a home that emphasized family, community, and social justice, he is keenly interested in how the Christian faith can actively engage greater culture in life giving ways. Jeff went to school at Western Pentecostal Bible College and Regent College, where he studied culture and the philosophy of technology.
Jeff is married to Nikki and although their four kids are all moving quickly into adulthood, the home remains a lively gathering place of people coming and going. In his spare time Jeff likes to read, write, canoe, and attempt to make people laugh. After all, laughter is the language of the redeemed.
