Born and raised in Hamilton, ON, Phil has been pastoring for 25 years in various cities across Canada. He most recently served as the Assistant District Superintendent of Church Revitalization for the BC & Yukon District of the PAOC. He is married to Christine and has 3 children - Elijah, Naomi and Tessa. Of all the things that excites Phil in pastoring the church, it is seeing people encounter the love of God through worship and be spiritually transformed from the inside out as a result.
