Paul encourages the family of God to live in harmony with one another. Harmony is this idea of being of the same mind. This is well illustrated in the field of music, where we see individuals singing in harmony together: everyone has their own part to play, and they play their part for the sake of the rest of the group in order to make beautiful music.
